Phage Research Institute Reconstruction Project

The client decided to proceed with the reconstruction of the Phage Research Institute’s historical building to meet both national and European GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. A six-month period was allocated for the project, with three months dedicated to preparing the technological project.

Main Challenges:

  • Historical Building (constructed in 1938): The building's structural characteristics and layout required special considerations and adjustments in process design.

  • Building Layout: The second floor of the three-story building, which is exclusively owned by the client, posed complexities in engineering systems and communication design

Project Components:

  • Selection of Machinery and Equipment: Detailed selection of necessary machinery and technical equipment.

  • Preparation of Space Planning: Optimization and functional distribution of the building's space.

  • Design of Technological Processes: Detailed planning of processes for work areas, laboratories, and storage facilities, including material, personnel, and waste flow schematics.

  • Engineering Systems Design: Preparation of technical specifications required for the effective operation of systems.

During the Reconstruction Process:

  • Supervision of the construction work.

  • Provision of Italian brand Frimed refrigerators and freezers, stability cabinets.

  • Delivery of Czech brand Comet temperature and humidity measuring instruments, along with a continuous monitoring system.

Our team is committed to delivering professional services and ensuring that the project is completed to the highest standards and within the set timeframe.
